Refund & Cancellation Policy

Try before you pay

Every first workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with no payment details, so you can check that Insights works for your accounts before paying.

Cancelling

Owners can cancel any time in Plan & billing, as easily as they subscribed. Cancelling stops future charges, and the plan keeps working until the end of the period already paid for. You can also cancel the mandate from your bank or UPI app.

Refunds

• If you were charged by mistake (for example twice, or after you cancelled), we refund the full amount.
• If you cancel a monthly plan within 7 days of its first payment and tell us, we refund that payment in full.
• If you cancel a yearly plan within 14 days of payment, we refund it in full. After that we refund the unused full months.
• Otherwise payments are not refunded, but the plan runs until the end of the paid period.

Write to digitalpoonam21@gmail.com with your workspace name. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.
